Joshua Rochford has served as a Technical Services Manager at Technical Difference Incorporated

Joshua Rochford is a graduate of Allied American University and Mount San Jacinto Community College. Currently, he is working on his bachelor’s degree in Management at the University of Redlands. He is the Implementation Manager at Applied Statistics and Management, a leading a company in Temecula, CA specializing in software solution that help healthcare organizations to streamline their processes. 

Prior to this, Joshua Rochford served as a Technical Services Manager at Technical Difference Incorporated, Bonsall, CA. His was in charge of 2nd and 3rd tier technical services, and was involved in debugging software, fixing errors and bugs, and escalating code related issues. He was also responsible for maintaining the IT department with co-workers to make sure all computers and networking was functioning well. He also coordinated the installations of the software to new clients. 

Joshua Rochford was also responsible for initiating construction and completion of interfaces for software with third party software companies. This helped him sync both programs together to transfer data & remove double data entry. This increased output and production of Human Resources information such as employee information or company information. Additionally, he was in charge of IT responsibilities and the IT Helpdesk.

Joshua Rochford is a kind-hearted gentleman who believes in giving back to community. His voluntary experience includes serving as a baseball assistant at Temecula Youth Baseball, Temecula, CA. In his free time, he likes to play guitar and xbox one. He likes to go for hiking, snowboarding, and travelling to different places.
